Returns Policy

Unworn Shoes

You can return unworn shoes for either a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of purchase. The shoes must be undamaged and in the original box, (if relevant - with free gift intact). Proof of purchase is required.

Defective Merchandise

Any defects in workmanship or materials (excluding wear and tear) are warranted by the manufacturer, and will be exchanged at the manager’s discretion. Please contact us to discuss the defect.
